Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Eligibility

We want you to love our baked goods and baking products! Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (freshly baked items, baking ingredients, and food products)
  • Customized or made-to-order baked goods
  • Opened baking mixes, flours, and edible products
  • Digital products (downloadable recipes or e-books)
  • Gift cards
  • Used baking tools and equipment

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Opened but unused baking tools in original condition
  • Baking accessories or equipment that arrived damaged
  • Items missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
  • If rejected, we will provide a reason and return the item to you if requested.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing delays may occur.
  3. Contact your bank, as some processing time is required before refunds are posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@bakersstreet.online and send your item to: R-72, Near Memon Foundation Gate B, Karachi.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, send it to: R-72, Near Memon Foundation Gate B, Karachi.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
  • For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
